In 2015 we have expanded our product portfolio in Denmark. We are now the proud owners of two loan products VIVUS.DK™ and Zaplo.dk™ and we have ambitious growth plans for the business. As a result we drive significant growth in our marketing investments why we now face a need for further expanding our marketing team with a Customer marketing manager. We are looking for a person who can take our customer contact program and our marketing automation to the next level and drive strong revenue growth in our customer marketing channels for our two brands.
This role specifically require an experienced customer marketing specialist who is ambitious and ready to take the lead on the customer marketing area for 4finance. You will be fully in charge of our customer marketing plan for Denmark and take lead on our customer marketing strategy including leading our customer scoring and segmentation approach, our customer loyalty program and into details our full customer contact plan across acquisition, cross sell and retention. You will also be leading our marketing automation set up and improve customer responsiveness to our marketing communication through real time automation in key customer contact areas. Last but not least you will be in charge of developing and executing all our customer marketing campaigns.
The customer marketing manager will report to the Marketing Director and will work with customer care and marketing department to create and maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
The role is positioned around, but is not limited to, the following work areas:
- Responsibility for achieving and exceeding budgeted financial goals in customer marketing category
- Development of customer segmentation and scoring models for targeting
- Drive strong Loyalty program increasing sale and retention
- Drive customer marketing plan across acquisition, cross sell and retention
- Drive Marketing automation in key contact areas
- Drive proposition and offer development across segments
- Develop and execute the customer marketing campaigns
- Drive rigid follow up on campaigns
- Carry out management reporting on plans and performance to HQ and local management
You will create lean processes, monitor project success or failure, share case studies with other markets, and ensure that the public perception of the product is aligned with our perception. You’re not alone: All of this will be carried out in cooperation with your local colleagues, our HQ in Riga, our digital hub in Warszawa, and our IT center in Prague. Hence, you should also expect some travelling will be required.
Can it be me?
We expect you to be native in Danish, very proficient in English, and have 3-5 year experience in Direct sales from a similar role in another business with strong performance results. You are data-driven by nature with strong analytical and data interpretation skills and you are results-oriented with a customer focused attitude with interest in prediction and understanding of customer behavior and needs.
You have a strong drive and you enjoy taking responsibility and initiative, and are motivated by working together with people from different cultures and functional areas. Furthermore, you have an entrepreneurial approach to projects with the ability to plan resources and workflow and meet deadlines. And, most importantly, you care about our customers’ experience using our products!
