Dell’s holiday season is its most critical sales period. Consumers hover in the “consideration” mode for weeks before Black Friday, hungry for advice on perfect gifts. Google Insights notes that 63% of shoppers do not even have specific brands in mind. With AdPeople having created the Dell North America Consumer print catalog for 5 years, Dell asked us to create a digital holiday version to engage a broader audience through online storytelling.
AdPeople's strategic team uncovered digital lookbooks as a stunning new vehicle reflecting the consumer's wish for less text and more emotional images. We focused the lookbook on six top consumer passions predicted by research to be the most requested gifts. The lookbook is primed to boost desire and time spent with the Dell brand during shoppers' key "consideration" phase.
