We have established a Global UX, Digital & Channel Area, where we are responsible for UX, digital and omni channel development. Becoming part of this unit is a great opportunity to work in a non-traditional banking set-up characterized by start-up culture, high pace, agile development, flat hierarchy, and with an overarching customer-focused approach.

Your role
As a digital consultant, you will be involved in service design analysis, design experiences and development of interfaces for our customers. You will be part of our Mobile Bank Agile Area (Tribe) and dependent on your skills and seniority you’ll get full experience responsibility.

Consultant with go-do attitude
You have a user experience and service design approach to everything you do and come with 1-3 years of relevant experience from a start-up, a digital agency, or a digital team within a larger company. What matters most is that you are a service designer by heart and eager to run smaller projects, squads or analysis yourself.

You use your UX & design skills to balance customer expectations against technological opportunities and business challenges. You are known for always being on top of consumer trends and have an eye for for understanding what great experience is, but most importantly you enjoy incorporating these into solutions for customers. You thrive with user research and interviews, wireframes and prototype production, as well as testing.

The position requires great communication skills in English, both written and spoken – in addition mastering a Nordic language will help, but is not a pre-requisite.
