We are now looking for a passionate Digital Manager who will help develop our digital strategy and activity plan for the digital/SoMe channels, as part of a great and visionary team that is building the Employer Brand strategy for our Northern Europe region. You will help ensure that our communications on various digital channels to potential employees at both store and support office level are relevant, professional and consistent with the employer brand value for the organisation.

You will operate on primarily a hands-on level while supporting the overall strategy and help maintain strong relationships with the different key stakeholders both internal and external to make the employer brand a success. In this role, you will report to our Senior Employer Brand Manager.

 

Your tasks include

  • Developing social campaigns, digital content and optimisation with cross-functional teams
  • Generating “storytelling” that delivers the right content in the right formats, to the right online channels in alignment with business priorities and marketing/communications themes.
  • Monitoring social & web channels to build brand awareness through engagement, relationship management and community building.
  • Tracking, measuring and evaluating initiatives to build metrics-based reports on effectiveness of digital campaigns

 

Your profile

Constantly scouting the market, you know what is trending in digital, especially around SoMe – content and channels. Also, strong people skills and the ability to navigate in a large matrix organisation is what characterises you. And yes, you excel in both written and spoken English too.
