At BCG, content is a crucial part of our marketing & employer branding initiatives. You will take on the role as part storyteller, part content creator, and part project manager to ensure our message gets across effectively through social media and other channels. Your primary responsibility will be to translate our communication objectives into a tactical content and social media strategy which you will implement, identifying relevant stories and turning them into inspiring, creative content. You will join an ambitious, lean, and agile Marketing team, where everyone pitches ideas. Deciding which ones to move forward with will be up to you, as you take on this key role in developing the BCG brand.


To succeed in your new role, you have developed skills in taking initiative, and conceptualizing, developing, and getting stories, concepts, and creative formats off the ground. Not just a thinker, but a doer, you’re good at making things happen. You have a keen eye for a good story, and you understand how stories can be tailored to promote an overall communication strategy. You love writing, have phenomenal storytelling skills, and know how to work with video and moving images. In addition to this, you’re also good at:

  • Briefing and working closely with external photographers and graphic artists
  • Providing creative direction to ensure every piece of content is up to the desired levels of quality

You are an ambitious and experienced communicator with a digital and agile approach. You probably have a degree in marketing, communication, or another relevant field, but experience with creative production and direction is what really counts. You know how to bridge the gap between idea and captivating content, and your experience has both guided you to prioritize suggestions and given you the confidence to turn things down when the gap is too wide. Likewise, you know what you want when you brief collaborators and vendors, and how to get your points across to ensure high quality results. Your English copywriting skills are impressive, and you speak English at a professional level. You’ll be working with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and third-party platforms like Sprinklr daily. We’ll consider it a plus if you already know them, but if you dazzle us with your portfolio, you can learn to use them on the job.
